Introduction

Ontario is the second largest province in Canada. Over 12 million people live in the southern part of Ontario. Over half of the people on Toronto are born in different countries. Ontario's southern parts are hot and mild and the northern parts are snowy and cold. Ontario's provincial flower is the White Trillium.

It is the biggest mall in Toronto to go to and you can sleep in the hotel linked to it then wake up to a HUGE shopping center.
It has one of the largest stores in Canada, The Bay, and many other stores.
Also the Eaton center has 30-40 stores to go to,and such as a newly opened TNA and Abercrombie.

There are so many interesting facts about Ontario including that in Toronto over half of it's population are born in different countries. Many are of the Italian, German, Chinese, Indian, Portuguese, Polish, and Caribbean origin. Toronto within Ontario is the largest city with 5.3 million people of population. Ontario's motto is "loyal she began, loyal she remains". The first people were the Huron, Iroquois, Neutral Ojibwa, Cree, Ottawa, Nipissin, and Algonquin. In 1867 Ontario became a province of Canada. Those were some of the many facts about Ontario and Toronto.
